Hope S2 will be better. S1 was pretty average. I don't remember all this talk about the Ants Raid this early in the manhwua. And I don't think S1 ended up with enough hype for S2.

Yeah that was my initial thought. One Punch Man S1 was so fucking good that it barely matters that S2 was more average. But still S2 left a cliffhanger way better than Solo Levelling S1,

OPM season 1 is a masterpiece due to Madhouse studio who is one of the greatest animation studio of all time, while second season got done by J.C. Staff who is known for mediocre quantity over quality, hence why OPM season 2 looks shit compared to season 1.

It's still good though compared to other anime (Seven Deadly Sins season 3 and 4 Lol). Just not as good as season 1.

Yes, Manhwa is what makes SL successful. Not the LN.
