How I would write One Piece.
Chapter 1: Zoro gets lost and finds the One Piece and becomes the pirate king
Chapter 2: Luffy goes out to sea to find the One Piece for himself, he meets Gaimon who becomes his right hand man. Luffy saved Gaimon from Buggy the Clown and meets Nami
Chapter 3: Luffy, Nami and Gamion go to Usopp's home island and Usopp joins the crew
Chapter 4: Luffy goes to Sanji's resturant, Sanji ask Luffy who is the moss head, Gaimon gets angry and Gaimon and Sanji fight. They both put up a good fight it's a draw. Sanji cooks a meal for the crew after the fight. Luffy ask Sanji to join and sanji agrees to join.
Chapter 5: Mihawk arrives. Gaimon and Mihawk clash for 10 days, Mihawk is defeated. Mihawk says SCARS ON THE BACK ARE A SWORDSMAN'S SHAME then Gaimon slashes Mihawk's back and defeats him with a butter knife from the restaurant.
Chapter 6: Gaimon reveals himself as the lurking legend he is about to attack Luffy but Monkey D dragon arrives just in time and blows Gaimon far away into the ocean. Dragon has the Wind Logia Devil Fruit.
Chapter 7: Dragons tells Luffy he needs to come train with him and that he could of been killed. Luffy agrees and is angry at himself. Dragon says Luffy can go back out to sea when he finishes training. (2 Year Time skip)
Chapter 8: Sabo joins the crew. The crew is now Luffy, Usopp, Sabo, Sanji, Nami. Dragon sneaks up on Luffy in wind form and tries to punch him. Luffy says I can see the future you know and sends dragon flying. Dragon smiles and tells Luffy he's free to go. Dragon taught Luffy advanced haki. Luffy is currently admiral level.
Chapter 9: The strawhats cross the grandline and go to drum island. They meet chopper and recruit him. Wapol tries to attack the strawhats. Wapol almost dies in 1 conqueror's haki punch by Luffy.
Chapter 10: Strawhats go to Alabasta. They meet Vivi. Luffy 1 shots Crocodile. Gaimon returns. Gaimon sees Luffy. Gaimon ask Luffy if he can rejoin the crew. Gaimon says he was just following world government orders and that he is a celestial dragon and knows Luffy's mother. Luffy senses that Gaimon is telling the truth and allows him to join back.
Chapter 11: The crew doesn't trust Gaimon, Robin sneaks on the Strawhats ship and they don't trust her either except Luffy who trust both of them. The crew goes to Water 7.
Chapter 12: Lucci sees the Strawhats arrive he knows just who they are. He knows he can't beat Luffy a man who defeated a Warlord in 1 blow. He calls for backup he calls for the help of Aokiji and Akainu.
Chapter 13: Akainu arrives and destroys the going Merry. Usopp is furious. He slingshots conqueror haki infused ammo at Akainu. Akainu falls to his knees. He ask Usopp are you god? (End of Water 7 Act 1)
