I do enjoy Sommers as a villain I could legitimately see everything you posted happening outside Kuma actually dying. If anything Bonney watching Kuma struggle in the thrones make her turn into Nika, save Kuma, and do that dumbfuck Nika dance like his dad did in front of the giants

I think Killingham could potentially be more fucked up of a villain though. I suspect he will "resurrect" Kuina to fight Zoro, and pay for that insult with his life after Imu cuts him loose for losing.
