Character Discussion Sorry bros, Kid's still not dead. What it means for a pirate crew to be destroyed.

I feel like the Kid alliance was big foreshadowing for something like this to happen.

Most yonko crews have a yonko followed by 3 top subordinates. Kid only really has one subordinate that has been highlighted, that being Killer.

If Apoo and Hawkins had joined him, then he would have had 3. Killer, Hawkins, and Apoo.

Ultimately however, Apoo and Hawkins were too untrustworthy. Apoo was a snake whereas Hawkins was a coward

I feel like in Elbaf, Kid will try again to create an alliance. Except this time he will choose supernova that are actually trustworthy: Capone and Urouge, and will ultimately succeed.

yes I can see this happenning Capone is mad at the straw hats because luffy got all his clouth and yes Kid and law teaming up vs Big mom might have been forshadowed thats how I seen it .
I also tought Bonney would join Kid but not so sure now for Apoo I think he still have some chance to join crazy enought Kid did not killed him after wano .
For Kid and Law I think Kid would fit the captain role better because of his epiphet and because he is the conqueror . So if they fight fo rit I think Oda would give the dub to kid .

Kid have too much potential to be wasted like that to shanks .
Id Oda realy want kill him im ok with this but show us his backstory show him using his teased conqueror haki and a crazy mecha with his fruit since punk rotten seem like only a torso .
FInish what you started ! Then kill him off after if you want for wathever reason .

Kid is a waste of manga panels and adds nothing to the story being alive. If he's alive and kept as a side bitch in a jail somewhere his best option would be to do the same thing he did in Wano (be a plot dump device and useless ally).

Him being killed actually would actually add something extra to the story, specially if it's not explained why Shanks one shot him. '' The kidd pirates were approaching the island and before they even got close, red hair destroyed his ship and let them all drown''. It could even create the spark for a small battle with some of his allies similar to how Luffy x Zoro fought before.

In resume: no I hope that he and his useless crew are now just digested fish food.

They were just a waste of space. I hated seeing him trying to steal the credit for Law's efforts and how the battle was just BM losing to plot and bad writing. He could, maybe, be cool had his win be legitimate and had he actually helped a little. Looking like a fraud while defeating someone that was tripping in her own foot only made me hate his panel coverage more.

To be honest, I still don't know why Oda included BM and her crew in the arc if he was going to make them so pathetic. Considering the writing, her crew may still be in the middle of deciding if they leave the waterfall or not.

He wasn’t “stealing credit”, it was a tag team battle. If you noticed, every time Kid attacked, he stepped in right before BM was about to fuck up Law

Law is a friend and will serve as a sacrifice in order to either forfeit his life by reversing gorosei's life surgery or turn someone immortal, unfortunately law won't be in two piece sequel.

Actually it was mostly after law did something to fuck up BM. Law even pointed that out. Oda took the time to show that all pages of him doing something was a waste of panels. Most of the time, law was the one that saved kidd (basic example was when he had to take prometheus attack before mamaraid because he had to save the waste of space that Kidd was)

Actually it was mostly after law did something to fuck up BM. Law even pointed that out. Oda took the time to show that all pages of him doing something was a waste of panels.
