So far katakuri is the only known paramecia his fruit acting like logia despite being a paramecia. Likely because unlike real logia his fruit isn't some sort of natural element in the world

Outside of kata's mochi fruit what are other ideas you have for more special paramecia

Katakuris was just a retconned logia, cause Oda doesnt even know the rules he makes for himself

He can morph his body while other Paramecias cant.
That's the only thing special about it.

A special paramecia is Oda admitting he messed up by introducing Katakuri as a logia when he isn't a natural element. There isn't a single other special paramecia, nor was there ever a hint of it even existing.

Maybe if he had realized this earlier he would have changed how Katakuri's fruit works, but he fully intended on him being a logia version of Luffy by the time the WCI drafts were already finished.

Yeah now might be far too late to even introduce another special paramecia, so Katakuri remains the only one maybe he uses this opportunity for Vasco shot or one of the admiral candidates for a similar df that acts like a logia but aint a natural element (Chston/Momousagi/Kurouma)


For the sake of this threadbpremise, something like ink might work for a special paramecia. Might even ne fitting Kurouma tbh, black ink to match his color theme.

There is no such thing as Special Paramecia lol
It's just a Paramecia & Jinbe simply chose to call it "Special"
Just like Robin called Enel's DF "Invincible DF"
Or Law's was called "Ultimate DF"
Or Luffy's was called "Most Ridiculous DF"
Or we should also say Blackbeard's DF is "Special Logia" cuz it counters other DFs? Ofc not, it's just an Adjective

It's just that some DFs stand out so they might use certain words to highlight their uniqueness
However, none of that makes them a Seperate Type or Category
There are only Three DF Types
