Sound sonic feats are speed blitzing common heroes and we have both Sanji blitzing Oven and Zoro against Speed.

But i would say Flash Flash is still lot faster than em. Maybe with CoO haki they can keep up, so dunno its highly speculative. But since i have OPM characters much above One piece, i would give it to OPM DUO.
