It's not fully confirmed though, just that the map that Oda drew in 1056 matches with the one from the Rurubu travel guide that released in 2021.

It's official merch that released around the time that they were doing the 1000th episode promos, the 1000 logs thing.
If we had no other frame of reference (which we didn't before chapter 1056) then yeah it wouldn't mean much, but it's kind of a massive coincidence that the map from that magazine happens to line up with Oda's sketch in 1056 despite it coming out over a year ago.

As i mentioned before, the names of Elbaf and Hachinosu(Ruche in the map) were mixed up by whoever translated the map, Hachinosu is the middle island.
