This is fine, depending on how Oda structures the final war. Between the blackbeard pirates, the marines, and the celestial dragons(imu and gorosei), at least one of these factions will be defeated by side characters.

That or OP takes another 10 years. If the admirals are the side villains, then Oda's going to make Imu, the gorosei, and "god's knights" , the main villains.

The most overrated Admiral is Kizaru, Kaido base is overwhelming him.
Luffy base laughed at attacks at the same speed as Kizaru and was overwhelmed by Kaido base even using FS.

Considering Sanji said Franky would love Queen's consecutive beams tech he's sure to get that next, get him a lightsword that works like logia and more mobility, and he's good to bypass Queen's defense easily
