His CT is low output and can’t affect high CE individuals (it’s like Inumaki’s CT) hence why Rika can just power through it.

Jogo (8-9 Sukuna fingers) literally has the third highest explicit CE reserves (Yuta - 10, Sukuna - 20) in the verse and domain expansion (Simurians have NO domain counters).

The real question is whether or not Maru could just instakill a no CE individual by just turning of their brain if he wanted to… not looking good for HR users 🫣

Those aliens are still mad strong

you have one top tier with Dabura who can beat anyone not named Gojo/Sukuna

You have Doula (Maru father / long hair guy) who was a rival of Dabura. Weaker than him but likely quite strong and special grade strong (Yuki/Geto tier)

and someone like Maru who is quite strong himself : Grade 1 + at least / borderline special grade

and the whole different tribes have likely some good sorcerers left

The whole alien gang is a strong force
