I mean they sell it to the producer and the producer picks the studio but yeah I get what you mean.

I guess since it's american based and hard to het adapted otherwise he just jumped at the opportunity, albeit not a very good opportunity at that.

The author was rushed because Solo Leveling was getting popular, so he wants TBATE to be an anime as soon as possible.

But yea, the producer is crazy for putting it to A-Cat. It's not even A-Cat's fault to be fair, it's the staff. Inexperienced and noob staff will leads to anime failure.

If Aniplex, Kadokawa, or even Toho Animation was the producer instead, TBATE anime wouldn't be trashy.

If I remember correctly, Ufotable is also owned by Aniplex.

Imagine we get Demon Slayer animation with ORV?

Would break the internet for real for real.

But I'm not sure if they can adapt the Manhwa properly or not. If they're adapting it like how they do with Typemoon's Fate series then it should be okay I guess.

Then again, Ufotable has too many projects on their hands right now, Demon Slayer Infinity Castle movie, Genshin Impact, one other Fate series and I think they have one more anime project (forgot what it was though).

Adding ORV on top of that would kill their staff lol.

Iirc SL still didn't get a S3 announcement. They might pull some of those resources into ORV.

Yeah SL didn't get a S3 confirmation like they did with S2 last year.

The director said S3 is up for public's supports lol. Just says you want a break bruh.

But I wouldn't be surprised if A-1 is doing ORV as well.

If they does care though, they can be great. Look at DanMachi, Toaru and Shokugeki no Souma series for example.
