Sticky Top 30 please

Can someone PLEASE do something about the top 30 threads? Leave your suggestion below. Also tag as many staffers as you know to comment here.

My Take:

• Sticky/Pin whatever a top 30 thread so that everyone sees it.
• Post a new thread approximately once a year. Close the old and leave a link in the new one so people can go back and read at their pleasure but not post.
