General & Others Strangest character design in One Piece

In your opinion who is/are the character(s) with the weirdest design in all of One Piece ?

I would say that it's Dobon of the Beast Pirates with him having a ridiculousely strange design even by Smiles users standards with him having a giant hippopotamus head for a body with his head being in the hippo's mouth.

I would go with bobbins, weird face and mask. I still find it funny that people believe the guy is still relevant and keep hyping him up to a level he clearly isn't.
I think we saw the weirdest designs overall in WCI.
