This question depends on what caused the schism. That heavily influences who will side with who. If it's over something like Luffy's death, there are only two options.
1. The crew disbands
2. Zoro takes charge
Someone like Sanji wears his emotions on his sleeves compared to Zoro. From there we can base the likelihood of who would side with who. Nami, Chopper and Brook, to me, act more based on their feelings, so Sanji would be their go-to choice to side with, as Zoro would try to persuade them with pragmatism. However, Chopper would eventually have second thoughts about choosing a side because he more than anyone on the crew can't bear to see them apart. Nami and Zoro have rarely agreed on matters, and she generally gets along better with Sanji. Brook I could see siding with Zoro, but he and Sanji are kindred spirits, and he'd likely be turned away by Zoro's offer at first, but would respect and understand it unlike Nami and Chopper who'd be appalled. Lastly, these three were led by Sanji temporarily on Zou, so they have experience under his leadership.
Usopp would be the most conflicted. He's been helped by Zoro and Sanji over the course of the series on virtually equal measures, and he'd see both their povs. I guess in the end he'd choose whatever side seems safest.
Robin, Franky, and Jinbe would take Zoro's lead. Brook aside, they are the adults, more measured members of the crew, and would respond to his no-nonsense, almost callous approach on matters. Franky and Jinbe were even on the same page as Zoro about not trusting Drake.
