databooks literally stated nami as one of the most smartest East blue citizens+her weather knowledges franky too he literally memorized pluton blueprints and can literally create that he also can create and modify weapons
In regards with luffy and zoro there are some misunderstandings yes they're both dumb and their dumbness show up in some situation however in what respect to combat wise were both stand they are Smart specially zoro
