Below you’ll see the characters and their moments post timeskip , there’s 10 of them so I had to use 4 images each, tried my best to put a moment from 4 different arcs but some only really got moments in 3 arcs.

It depends of what you call an MVP.
Is the MVP the one who saved the most people or just was the most valuable for the strawhats or the one who defeated the biggest villain?

If we go by the first definition, Chopper, Sanji and Usopp (in this order) were the MVP post timeskip
If we go by the other one, Brook and Robin were the MVP post time skip
If we go by the third, Zoro is

Will explain it better.

Without Zoro:

- Punk Hazard first Dragon potentially kills the whole crew
- Pica kills everyone at Dressrosa
- Hakai kills Supernova at Rooftop(maybe Luffy would still awake but he wouldn't have learned CoC coating yet so he would die for real next)
- Seraphim kills everyone at Egghead

Without Luffy:

- Zoro tooks all his enemies without a problem
- Would have killed Big Mom at Whole Cake Island along with Katakuri
- Would have let CP-0 die to Seraphim so Marines would have much harder time invading and they would have escape already

Without Usopp:

- We would lost Luffy and Law at Dressrosa but then Zoro would take care of the rest like without Luffy

Without Sanji:

- No WCI (one less shitty arc)
- Big Mom wouldn't have made an alliance with Kaido

Without Jinbei:

- We lost half crew at WCI but then Zoro takes care of the rest

Without Chopper:

- Luffy dies to Hody Jones (hardest fight of Luffy post timeskip) and Zoro takes care of the rest

Without any other Strawhat:

- Irrelevants

Narrative wise ussop was leading by far, until Wano. Can’t remember a single worth while moment for him that whole arc. Now 50/50 between him an Zoro.

technically capturing Caesar/ an taking out sugar both times. Were more important to arc success, than anything anybody else in the crew had done arguably by far.

most the crew was irrelevant on PH, having small largely irrelevant encounters. While capturing Caesar literally a main objective, which ussop a major part of. An on DR taking out sugar was significantly more important, then taking out say pica for a few reasons. Not only he save luffy/Law, who go on to defeat Doffy. He’s the main cause for the SH grand fleet. Arguably still the most notable achievement of any SH.

Post Wano Zoro toke out Kaido right hand. Saves their captain, an rises the chance of winning the war overall. By stopping hakia long enough for Law to shambles the 4 most important fighters on the alliance. Ussop does nothing
