Killer already fought kaido . And he has blades weapons so if he coats it in haki he uses ryou. Do you seriously think killer can’t cut steel? Of course killer has ryou . Sanji is not fighting kaido he’s not worst generation or strong enough. Stop trying to include him where he doesn’t belong

Ryou is just armament haki. The question isn't if Killer's haki is strong enough to cut steel (that's pre-timeskip Zoro stuff), it's if it can cut Kaido. Killer getting beaten by Kaido before is meaningless since you have no evidence that he put up an actual fight. Hawkin's literally calculated the chances of them winning at 0 so where did Killer cutting Kaido come from when none of us even saw that fight? You're assuming that based off nothing, Killer can harm Kaido but Sanji can't. How is Sanji not strong to be up there with the Worst Generation? He's the one who clashed with a Calamity and even earlier than that, clashed with Drake (no raid suit) and wasn't seriously hurt in anyway.

He blocked two of King's kicks before King turned into his full Zoan form. They both used haki as seen by the black lightning effect. That's a feat. Plus, he took almost no real damage, you're just severely downplaying him.

Black lightning does not mean haki . Oda shoes that multiple times where there isn’t haki involved that’s already been debunked . He took almost no damage due to his dads suit . He was not able to fight back against king he thought he was going to die . King did not even use his sword flames or haki . And Sanji barely managed to live
