Development:

Luffy: focus on how to use aCoC without G5, and how to spam it with minimum usage of stamina. Joke: Gomusari
Zoro: acknowledges himself being CoC user and starts control it while knows that It is his CoC, the one thing he uses.
Sanji: begins to show in conquering his evil mode (zoro's enma equivalent theme)

Jimbei: teach others how a veteran doing, observe 1st, then counter with Shark skin
Robin: trying to use Hardening CoA, watch from Jimbei (other than reminisce her time at Revo)
Brook: begin to use his soul to damage another being become normal again. To break free someone soul that currently ruled by others

Usopp: using CoO sorrowfully while trying to stop his duo master (brogy-dorry)
Nami: begin to figure out that there is an ability that is called Haki. But she will have tetsugumo (Ohm's iron cloud)
Chopper: remembers that he was an animal, uses his animal instinct before CoO blooms. *Pre TS, he used several times

Franky: Emet Mode on time limit "a few minutes", he shows up after trying something on himself with Lilith, and gets Distorted Future by Bonney

Luffy - CoC upgrade (emphasis on versatility)
*Will become as skilled as Shanks is with CoC

Zoro - CoC upgrade (emphasis on output)
*Dont know if Enma leaking Zoro’s Haki is why Luffy commented on it overflowing but there’s a possibility that the amount of Haki Zoro can output is naturally very high so feel like his PU will focus on taking advantage of that

Sanji - PoL upgrade (emphasis on hax)
*Reckon PoL would be fleshed out this arc and from a progression standpoint I feel like it makes more sense for Sanji to build on this.
Also only learnt about this recently but apparently there was a letter Einstein wrote to his daughter about the universal force of Love. Gist of it is below.

Letter turned out to be fake but Oda’s clearly referencing it with PoL. Vegapunk who’s modeled after Einstein acknowledged the power of love akin to the way Einstein did in the fake letter. Anyways I feel like this ability embodies Sanji and if anybody were able to control the overwhelming power of Love at will it’s him. Sanji might very well be revealed as a conqueror this arc but feel like his development route at least on Elbaf has to be this.

Can’t really see development for others just yet with the exception of Franky who will most likely get a tech upgrade. Feel like Robin & Chopper will also get big buffs but not exactly sure how atm.
