This is how I think the matchups will go
Luffy vs Blackbeard- Both Captains
Zoro Vs shiryu-Both swordsmans
Usopp vs augur- Snipers
Sanji Vs unknown commander(10th commander)
Jinbei vs Vasco shot- both fishmens
Franky vs Burgess- Bulky,Wresting boxing theme Senor pink using wrestling moves against Franky
Brook vs laffitte-Both lanky, have canes, originated from west blue ,music,angel against death
Chopper vs doc Q- doctors
Nami vs devon- witches
I'm not sure for Avalo and San Juan wolf
Carrot if she joins vs Avalo pizarro
Robin(Giant awakening), recruit giant from elbaf, Usopp and sunny(battleship vs battleship) or long shot wadatsumi vs San juan wolf

He is currently his strongest commander but Shiryu can never be firstmate coz he didnt join Teach until Impel down.

Anyway, Burgess will surpass Shiryu in strength... but that another topic
