Apprently the reason the guy was named Dracula is because it means "Son of Dracul" who was his father.
Naming sense.

I have to admit that the Kuraigana setting alongside Mihawk's residence by itself, the fact he drinks wine like that etc. are very fitting the classic definition of "Drakule".
