Mihawk didn't cut Jozu because he wasn't aiming for Jozu. And if Whitebeard needed Jozu to block that hit for him, it proves Mihawk could have hurt him.

For me with Whitebeard, he was strong enough to beat or almost beat pre-timeskip Akainu, an a regular first commander can't do that, but rooftop Luffy Law and Kidd should each be far stronger than him, so the power scaling is a bit weird,

I don't see Whitebeard defeating Katakuri for example, nobody at Marineford showed anything like what Katakuri was doing with his mochi, but if Whitebeard almost beat or beat pre timeskip Akainu, he should be able to, but I don't see how he could dodge all of Katakuri's attacks or how he could tank them,

uhh the admirals were doing the same thing as kat or at least that is the common consensus aokiji was stabbed with haki and yet all he did was turn into ice prior and was fine. Akainu noted that marco/vista were haki users and yet he was fine as well.

I do not see how kat deals with wb massive aoe? What benefit does future sight have when all the attacks are massively destructive?
