He doesn't have the speed nor durability to deal with any serious threats. Even in Avatar state, a lightning bolt from Azula basically killed him, so anything equivalent to lightning and above is a death blow.

I don't know where to put him exactly, but I just know speed and durability are his big weaknesses.
