Oden. Buddies with WB and the Roger Pirates and probably even more connections throughout the top tier of the one piece world, yet never thought to contact them and instead spent years dancing. Let Orochi and Kaidou fuck up his country (HIS birthright) and actually trusted them, dooming it to 20+ years of oppression and trauma. I get what Oda was thinking, but come the fuck on.
