I believe that the EoS admirals will be direct successors of the pre-skip admirals.

Koby will be Kuzan’s successor, as they were both Garp’s student. Koby will eventually defeat Kuzan during SHs vs BBP.

Sentomaru will succeed Kizaru. With this chapter, we know Sentomaru was trained by Kizaru.

Smoker will succeed Akainu. We don’t know where Smoker is at the moment. My theory is that he is currently training with Akainu.

Like Smoker wasn’t with Garp, he wasn’t with Kizaru, and he wasn’t with Fuji or GB either.

The only admiral Oda can pair him up with would be Sakazuki.

It’s going to be Smoker. Oda will reveal Sakazuki took him on as his protege.

Like Smoker wasn’t with Garp, he wasn’t with Kizaru, and he wasn’t with Fuji or GB either.

The only admiral Oda can pair him up with would be Sakazuki.

Smoker would never want to be an admiral. Too much red tape

Luffy doesn’t want to conquer anything, but he’ll be friends with every nation in the world so no one pirate will ever want to attack anyone out of fear of angering the key of the pirates

I believe Navy is necessary in order to protect the civils against criminals.

So problably Fujitora as FA, he will make a good system.
3 admirals :
Coby,
Smoker,
Helmeppo ? (Or Grus).

Once Luffy becomes the PK, there won't be the WG. So the Navy would be weaker than previous gen but still enough to be stronger than fodders and above average people (like Hody, Chinjao etc.), let's say YC1 lvl or in-betweener.

Smoker can smoke the entire navy except VA and Admirals. Coby with his potential gonna go high.

And Fujitora is still a beast.

Too bad we never saw anyone fearing the King of Pirates because he retired right after the title.

But I really doubt pirates bold enough to challenge Yonkos would fear him.
