People who mind the MCs age gap downrate it like in the first season.

Imo I agree with Rej and think she's 40 years total.

I think I saw somewhere that her physical age was around 17 (not sure about this). So she would be a toddler vamp.

Normally we have physical age and real age when it comes to vampires and if it's not specified, I would personally lean that the age given is the real age.

Funny how I'm enjoying Dandadan more this time around (including 1st season) than when I tried to watch it when it aired.

Also Apocalypse Bringer gives a bit of Overlord vibes

That ED for me is the best so far.
