That's hard really hard to determine.

Since Shigaraki's body is so broken and tanking everything, it's kinda impossible to determine how much damage Super Mirio would be causing against other targets, without a comparison.

2. No. Muscular can tank bullets, his fibers have ridiculous defense.

3. No. Hood has regeneration.

4. Maybe. I cant really tell with redestro.

5. Maybe. Endeavor technically has a normal body that Mirio can damage. It's just a matter of getting through intense heat and fire aoe.
