There are 14 of these guys + Imu, all of them need to be defeated by someone with AdvCoC, i don't think so.
Also, if Luffy didn't use AdvCoC against Gorosei in Egghead would be atrocious writing, that makes no sense.

Oda doesn't use normal logic when it comes to power level consistency. He'll sacrifice it for the plot.

Yes. Mihawk was testing Luffy by letting his sword attack without controlling it. The admirals were focused on defense, not attack, and were in their own territory and nerfed by being unable to go all out with logia powers. Sengoku is a bum.

You are right. There's no lightning trail when Gaban cut the arm. I stand corrected.

Hopefully we get to learn how Gaban did it next chapter.

Considering that Saturn was able to fully and quickly recover from Luffy beating the everliving shit out of him with G5 Hardening, there has to be something unique to what Gaban did with his Haki to make the injury on Super Sommers noteworthy in comparison. Gaban simply having strong Haki alone wouldn't make sense imo.
