Manga only-I don’t think either has really shown their ceiling but if I had to pick one, I’d go with Rover. He had extreme firepower and durability that I imagine would eventually overwhelm Darkshine.

I think it's a question of who can Tank more tbh
Seems like a very close Match-Up, almost like a Draw with the Info we have so far about them
However due to Rover's Agility, Fire/Attack Ratio & Range, i will give him the Win in this one

Honestly don't know, I can't see either of them hurting each other.

Darkshine maybe eventually tames Rover by punching him repeatedly.

Either stalemate or Rover extreme diff. Rover have better speed, fire power and range attack. Dark Oily Shine have better drip though.

Even if Darkshine has the slight advantage in Physical strength and Durability it still isn't enough to deal with Rover's energy blast and agility

I guarantee you this is "almost" useless against Superalloy Darkshine.

That's why I said it a stalemate. Rover can do shit to Alloy Darkshine tbh whereas Darkshine also can't do much to Rover.

Both of them are durable as hell but I doubt Dark Oily Shine can handle the heat to be honest.
