Who Is Capable Of Reverse Engineering Ancient Kingdom Technology?
- Knowing this helps us to determine who will be able to utilize the Ancient Weapons, the One Piece, and every other form of Superior Tech.
A) Shanks = ??? No distinguished scientist
B) Buggy = ??? No distinguished scientist
C) Luffy = ??? Franky ??? Lilith
D) Blackbeard = ??? No distinguished scientist
E) Revolutionary Army = ??? No distinguished scientist
F) World Government = ??? York
As things stand, only the Straw Hats and the World Government seems to have scientists who could be capable of it. However, in general, as I understand things, practically nobody has much of a chance of reverse engineering that tech.
After giving it some thought, this makes sense if they're not supposed to know how to reverse engineer it at all, but instead *something* gives them all the information they need to know how to use it. All they need to do with whatever that is would be to follow instructions. My thought is that the One Piece provides that information.
