Big Mom was heftly portrayed against Luffy since the times of Fishman Island. The portrayed moved to WCI. I bet it could either end on Wano or later. Overall it's extensively unlikely that Luffy won't be the one to prominently focus on her. Solo or not since currently it's not anyway.
