Are supernovas even being relevant now? Or at any time?
Law was relevant to save Luffy after Marineford. Bege was relevant to bring Sanji to BM, Pekoms would not do that because of Mink's tragedy. Bege was also relevant to the plan against BM which fits only to save Germa 66.
Beside that, they are not relevant at all. Luffy could overpower Vergo easily at least with his G4. Doffy same way. Law at Wano did nothing. Kid and Killer too. Apoo is only relevant to downgrading Luffy by two-shotting him. X-Drake is more lost than blind people at war. Hawkins is competing with Jack for the Biggest Loser position.
Urogue is step aside from history, he seems a spectator as us. Bonney is the only one with somehow of relevancy because of her mistery. Why Akainu cares about her and why she is along with Revolutionaries?

To be fair, Luffy would make a more legit Pirate King than Roger
If you think about the title of “Pirate King”, its meaning should be that he is representing “All Pirates” as their “King”
Now aside from pitiful pirates who don’t like to aknowledge they lost the race to the title and refuse to obey him... Luffy’s position should allow him to “Lead” almost all pirates by his title... specially for pirate crews who actually follow a “pirate code”

Luffy/Zoro/Law: Will travel on the same ship going forwards. Law has no reason to go alone to hunt the Will of D Meaning and find the OP. Luffy is too good a person to him, and is already proclaimed an Emperor. Post Wano, the clout only goes up from here.
Kid/Killer: Will become a Great Pirate, maybe an Emperor. Will definitely clash with Luffy at one point. I think his devil fruit and abilities will be fully explained and utilized then.
Hawkins: Left Behind. Will flee Wano. May go back to the Paradise or fuck off and quit being a Pirate. May also become a Fed.
Apoo: Gets Arrested by Marines.
Bonney: Has a role to play with the Revolutionaries, Void Century, and Final War of OP. Will definitely be an Ally to the strawhats given her introduction of being a Big Eater like Luffy and helping Zoro when he tried to cut Charloss. The ties to Marygeoise, Sabo, Kuma, will extend under Luffys banner. Like it or not, she will be a Strawhat Flag Bearer.

I don’t remember the movie... but I did watch Black Sails series which was hundred times better than Pirates of the caribbean movies...
In that show, they wanted to unite all pirates in their confrontation against the Navy of Britain by appointing a pirate king (John Silver) to lead the pirates and unifying them instead of pirates be scattared and all follow their own agenda..
