That's what yugioh does, they make their cards entirely different to how they functioned in the anime which begs the question why make them so different in the anime if your just going to bloody change it
Does komani have zero relation with what studio gallop and whoever makes the manga does, Like do they act entirely separately to each other if so that would explain alot like why the yugioh manga's have next to nothing to do with anime's
Btw support is so stupid if the idea would be to make the deck better
It more just replaces the old existing cards with whatever the new ones are which just begs the question why even connect to the older deck if your going to have the new cards power crept the old cards so arent playable anyway at that point might aswell start from scratch make a new deck, it's not like you can really make use of the older cards anyway
