Just have to be minima intelligent to realize that from that speech about Enma turning into black blade. Enma is currently Meito, once it becomes a black blade it MAY increase it rank. Once it become black blade it can remain as Meito or it can become Supreme Blade.
That means, based on sword's feats it new rank will be rated.

Honestly I can gaze at Mihawk being likely more potent than Shanks and Kaido when we factor a couple of notions:

1. The Grandmaster doesn't look so bad compared to Kaido when we attempt to extrapolate his healthy power level and he is likely rather far from Mihawk instead.

2. Mihawk waiting for a swordmaster to surpass Shanks. On paper the WSC is not necessarily that important. Like Mihawk himself was labeled WSS despite Whitebeard was a swordsman and still alive and also labeled as WSM. Inconsistencies. Plus Kaido doesn't look much stronger than Big Mom.
