You know how it's hard to guess sanji's enemy this arc, but that si also because we have two yonkou big crews and samurais of orochi to pick from.
Byut based on previous arc, peropero could be his match.

-Like he has a 700m bounty so sanji beating him would give sanji 800m Bounty after wano that is big enough without sanji going into billions like luffy too early.
-Peropero mission was to capture the germa and k them and get the raid suits. now he will likely be interested in getting sanji's raid suit too.
-That would leave calamities to supernovas like kidd, law.
-cook vs food

Carrot should take no Pedro. Since Perospero is weak to fire, Sanji could probably low diff him without using the Raid suit. If any Big Mom pirate fights Sanji, I'd like Snack or Cracker, but I'd also be fine with a rematch against Daifuku where Sanji stomps him

pedro's explosion was likely better then any fire sanji can throw at him yet he only lost arm. carrot beating peropero could get her a 800m bounty and that would be wierd.

Well red hawk could melt his candy like it was nothing and I'd put DJ above red hawk in terms of heat

t didn't hurt pero, just his candy attack. it's like cracker, he can make unlimited candy, but he is not defeated if you break some.

I think the fight wouldn't still be completely one sided if let's say Sanji fights without RS, bt he would eventually win because hardest of Pero candy will melt easily with Sanji attacks. Luffy red hawk destroyed Pero special Candy maiden, it was a named candy. And Sanji Dj are better.
Pero fast construction with df is only thing goin for Pero and he can captures his. Opponents with his candy, bt that won't work on Sanji due to DJ and would easily free himself plus he is fast for Pero to catch.

Bt yes it would add nice touch if he avenges Pedro. And Pero is also 1st son of BM, so it is great achievement only second to beating any YCs.

In Totto Land, Chopper did Sanji looks like a weakling crap in Monster Point against Linlin.
Currently in Wano he'll develop to the point of not even need Monster Point for this.

If Sanji does fight Perospero it'll probably be off paneled. There's no real build up to them fighting and I doubt it's really that important in the arc.

Do you two even know that One Piece isn't like Pokemon Anime?In One Piece the franchise's stuff always is greatly builded.
There is nothing of wrong with Chopper face Perospero again and win currently,because defeats and rematches happen constantly in One Piece. Did you two forgot Zoro vs Mihawk and Luffy vs Blueno? Also,there is no points that would do Sanji vs Perospero interesting and Carrot isn't and certainly never will be a worthy opponent of Perospero.
About Chopper's situation,listen up correctly because i'm too tired of talk about it: Oda isn't neglecting Chopper purposely. He simply had others contents planned for Punk Hazard to Totto Land arcs and during that times there was too many plot lines events that made Chopper looks weak, but Chopper didn't goes all out in any of that times. The real action time for everyone always was going to be currently in Wano,and there is no point in Chopper deciding achieve his full potential before the Time-Skip if it wasn't going happen.
When Chopper start to get the needed spotlights in that war,he'll make your guys's boy Sanji looks like a weakling piece of crap and replace him in Luffy-Zoro league. Chopper'll even help these two against Kaido and take out his title EoS.
While your guys's boy Sanji,even in the war soon will kiss Doffy's ass forever.
