Questions & Mysteries Sword Member in Rocks?

As we all know Xdrake was able to infiltrate Kaido's crew and feed info to his people in sword which was exactly what Corazon was doing, so I think it's pretty clear at least to me Corazoan was apart of sword

Now my question/theory to you is

Is it possible Rocks had a member of Sword within its ranks?

Since Red Dog was Red Puppy in those days there was no marine around with balls big enough to found an organization such as SWORD.

Maybe Rocks had some relationship with the elders or knew some things but there certainly was no infiltration.

You know, that four-armed guy with the hat strikes me as a little suspicious. His design is a little close to a Cipher Pol uniform. He kind of reminds me of Guernica from CP0. I could see him being a secret Government agent.

Although, if any character should have been the one to go undercover, it probably should have been Sengoku. I don't think we know for sure where Sengoku was during God Valley. And he sure did seem to know a lot about Rocks, since he was the one to mention him for the first time and give us a exposition dump on him. It's just a little weird that one of the only Marines of that generation didn't seem to be with Garp during the fight on God Valley. So, maybe?
