yeah i know of him. its not just the money stealing. It's their hold on civilian institutions that really ruins it. Half of Imran khan's cabinet are bunch of retired generals, Every civilian institution has retired army general or brigadier sitting on top. Our Olympic committee head is a retired general too (won zero medals btw), the administrator of my school is retired brigadier, the administrators of every university has a retired army office sitting on top of it. These people barely pass FSC and then sit on the highest spots of our country. What the fuck would an Army officer know about education planning ?
