General & Others Tamago's Bounty

Seems to me that BM have most of the Charllote Family acting more inside Tottland Kindgom as the Royal family, and another group who act more outside the territory as her main pirate crew, formed by the Sweet Generals fleets and pehaps a BM personal fleet, formed by non-blood related members of BMP like Steussen, Bobbin, Tamago and Pekons.
The last two seems to be very senior officers of the crew as they are show to be in command of the crew Flag Ship, go outside collecting taxes, taking part in the underworld bussiness and Tamago seems to have a great role in the marriage preparation and can even summon Smothiee for help in security affairs in the WCI Arc. Pedro FB is show that BM seems to have some sort of "care" for Tamago and Pekons.

Well, Tamago and Pekoms (and Capone too) are/were strangers to Big Mom but they joined her for various reason (protection, genuine admiration, etc.) and they had to have proven their strength by then obviously. They are mostly then sent to errands and fight outside Totto Land, which imply that the world knows very little of the real strength of all her children.
I'm pretty sure that just the fact that Oven is as durable as he is would be seen as a threat worthy of a higher bounty if the WG knew more about him. But one of the main theme of the BMP is that they know a lot about others while others don't know that much about them. Which can lead to funny things, such as them knowing how to go up the waterfall in Wano but ignorant of Mogura Port.
