You could argue they're faster as OPM speed scaling isn't too great but yeah, beyond that, her passive ultra-durable shield, the insane raw destructive power, too much for them.

Now since we know that a far weaker Orochi is still multi continent level, Tatsu is also stronger than this one IIRC.
