- shanks was not holding back his coc on wb's ship
doesnt mean he was going all out , we saw what shanks can do with his coc and its def more than what he did on wb's ship

- mihawk wasnt holding back against luffy , doesnt mean he was going all out ( no - named attacks and very casual )
