NEW EDIT: TEACH B.B IS NOT THE FATHER OF PUDDING - its more related to 3 eye tribe heritage and personal research [B.B is an Aspiring Joy boy type / but he is own different path. different believe]

Teach - Black beard is from the 3 eye tribe and has a similar double personality like pudding Lin lin (big moms pirates).
The 3 eye tribe people will develop an extra personality when they awaken their ability.

In Teach's - Black beard's case, he has already awoken his ability and he hides it. And just recently also awoken his (third) 3 personality .

Teach - Black beard is from royal bloodline of the 3 eye tribe people and can eat multiple devil fruits but the government has lied about it. Also contributing to the killing of all 3 eye tribe and also hiding the history .

NEW EDIT ----- WHY does Teach need Pudding if He is also 3 eye tribe? research reason about their tribe, same race, maybe let her join B.B pirate

We do not know much about 3 eye tribe people. We have not seen them. May be they are all dead? Or in hiding? They have developed extreme means to hide the 3 eye (Black beard has never been drawn without a cap or scarf on his head )

Pudding is the only 3 eye tribe person we have seen and we do not know anything about her FATHER as WELL AS WE DO NOT KNOW ABOUT Teach's FATHER.
Teach could actually be saving Pudding , because now that Big Mom is presumed dead, who ever was behind the killing of the 3 eye tribe people, will come after pudding to kill her.

But why would he need Pudding if he's himself a Tribe member.

He’s from the D. Clan, not the Three-Eye Tribe. Giants are a type of race and there’s no evidence that says Snakeneck Tribe (What? You’re talking about that race that was only mentioned and plot significant in WCI??) people are from the D. Clan either from what I remember.

I guess you could call Three-Eyed people to be a kind of race but why would Blackbeard be one? He’s been in the story for many years now and his forehead has always been visible. If he was from that race then we would’ve known about it not too long after his debut. If anything, Burgess makes more sense.

BLACKBEARD HAS A CREW, IN ONE PIECE WORLD ITS FAMILY. THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT BLACKBEARD'S CHARACTER THAT SAYS OTHERWISE . PUDDING IS A PIRATE AND 3 EYE TRIBE

I guess what I should’ve asked was what evidence do you have that would point to a definite possibility of Blackbeard being from the Three-Eyed tribe? It’s obvious that he doesn’t have anything like that (atleast, not on his forehead but where else would it be) and the only power that‘s been revealed is their ability to read the Poneglyphs can be awakened with their third eye. There might be more to it but that’s what we know so far.
