Theory Teach will get immortality

Teach’s weapon is very similar to Wolverine’s claws. With Wolverine being an iconic character for years before Teach.

You know what other power wolverine has? Immortality

That aside, I think it would make a lot of sense for Teach to get this power. He’s had two run ins with Law at this point. While Law was able to escape, I think there’s a real possibility for a final battle between the two where Teach forces Law to give him immortality. We are in the endgame after all.

Does this mean Law dies? Not necessarily. Oda has repeatedly used asspulls to save Law. I think it’s genuinely possible that Law could survive despite forfeiting his life via immortality surgery. Perhaps chopper does something.

in any case, Teach having immortality would easily and undeniably put him above Kaido, making him Luffy’s greatest rival bar maybe Imu.

Also, if the SHs are facing the gorosei, I’m guessing Luffy will learn to bypass immortality long before Sanji or Jinbe.

Immortal=/=unbeatable...
You solve nothing with immortality.
And Law doesn't grant immortality to begin with.
He stops the aging process and you remain the age you are forever, unless something kills you.
Teach's only chance to end up above Kaido is the 3rd Devil Fruit.

Stuff that is available to Teach:
*King title granted by the WG in exchange of Garp(Hell, this might give him access to Mariejoa and Imu).
*Ancient Weapons in Fishman Island and Wano(thnx to Caribou).
*Kidd might join hands with him to get revenge on Shanks.
*A third devil fruit, preferably a mythical Zoan model god.
*Last road Poneglyph by Man Marked by the flames.
*Lurking Legend(Rocks,Shiki or Silver Axe).
*Immortality surgery provided by Law.
*Pudding Awakens her third eye.
*Ability to disguise as a Gorosei.
*Awakened devil fruits.

Teach has multiples ways to a get King title:
Either he exchanges Garp or finds Ancient Weapon and coerces the WG. He also just needs to get his hand in the man marked by the flames to find that last poneglyp. Luckily,Kidd knows who the guy is and where to find him, BB just needs to make an alliance with Kidd or make him talk. Pudding can read the poneglyphs and will probably awaken that ability soon thnx to plot. Becoming Pirate King is another way to coerce the WG into giving it up.
Once BB gets access to Mariejoa, he can assassinate one the Gorosei and Imu herself and have one his crew mates disguise himself as whoever got killed. Boom BB now has control over the world government. Now he just needs to play things out to eventually become King of the World himself. Immortality surgery and a third devil fruit are just to make him rule for a long ass time.

Immortality means ageless which make Teach remain the same except dying naturally.

I think this kinda makes sense, Luffy doesn't fear death and won't wish to live forever.

I still don't see it makes Teach any stronger
Not necessarily stronger physically but if he gets the same healing the gorosei seem to have

How would he even be beaten

What makes the gorosei manageable is they aren't to strong in strength to the point they can overwhelm their opponents

I think Gorosei are very strong, it just Oda is holding them back.

Gorosei's immortality is some kind of sharingan illusion, I highly believe it was not an effect from eternal youth surgery. Maybe black magic or imu's devil fruit ability.

Blackbeard will need this ability for sure.
