I am not so sure about Shiki though. He was a Movie villian and got beatin by luffy already - it would be weird to have him back in the story.

I feel like it needs to be Shiki otherwise the deck(again) is too stacked in the SHs favor if it's Scopper unless Odin and Thor and arc villains along with Loki.

I feel like some people are scared about Gaban's strength and don't want him in the story.

I love shiki, BUT right now wouldn’t be the best time for him, but if shiki is handled like how broly was handled thay could work. He was beaten by a weaker version of some main characters, then came back a bunch years later with a more in depth personality and power, and that could work with shiki

I'm convinced it's Scopper. That blonde hair colouring was just a mistake. The sillhouette earlier showed two nubs of handles protruding from his back. And Scopper is the one who opened the chest to find shanks in the first place, and he's walking along while shanks is being talked about.

It's possible but since Oden flashback I always just imagined it was because Gaban came back to Wano to pay his respect to Oden since they seemed close, (thus the Wano clothes).
