The man kidnaps random citizens to kill them for them he sake of killing people.

It's not incompetence if thats the point of the whole thing and since he's pulled this off for 20 years he for sure hasn't fucked up yet. Especially since he still has kaido backing him

Orochi's personality is delightful to see in action. My only grievance with his character is the fact his motivation is very similar to Doflamingo's, just shallower. But I love how he schemes, his origins from being utterly worthlessly and clawing his way to be the Shogun, that faux cheerfulness he displays in the present.. Just very entertaining. It makes him an actor of sorts, someone who always seems to be doing something.

So, I'm team Orochi.

While I do like Oden, I found Orochi to be way more interesting. Orochi is a very well written character and also a very well written villain, the man grew up poor and was persecuted but worked his way up to the Shogun position. Granted he did have help for that, but it still took a while for him to become Shogun and he still had to work hard for that position. I also like how we found out why Orochi is evil and why he's ruining Wano and making the people suffer, Act 2 made me really like Orochi as a villain and this Oden flashback made me like Orochi even more as both a character and as a villain.
