I don't think it's Shanks vs BB, I can't see Shanks losing before he fights Garling and it's unlikely to see Shanks have two big fights in the same year.
I think it's Dragon vs Akainu but we won't have a clear winner (hence the surprising result), IMO Dragon is losing to Imu and Akainu to Luffy or Sabo.
