Lets not forget, the acts end with a cutaway to Hiyori playing the Shamisen.
Act 3 cant end without one of these and its awkward to cut to Hiyori when nothing is happening in the plot to her. So Oda has brought her to Onigashima so that she ends the act here.
I'd just like to know how she will get to play it...if she had stayed in (was it Ringo?) And played it looking at a full moon that would have been quite good but I just can't imagine how she will get to play the shamisenin that situation xD

Yeah in that little part at the beginning. But what are you saying is non-sense. Act 1 ended when Luffy met Kidd in prison. What was Hiyori's role in that point?? There wasnt! So why are you saying that she must appear to end Act 3? I dont really get what you are trying to say here.

That Act 1 ending you posted showed her even though she wasn’t central to Luffy and Kid’s chance encounter...I also think that’s her with the Scabbards and we’re reasonably approaching an act break, but the two aren’t necessarily connected.
Why did Black maria start playing music in the middle of the raid? Because her girls were nervous about the shit happening outside and the music was to calm them while the battle went on
So as you can see, music can serve very different purposes than just entertainment

@Jew D. Boy But by then she wasnt a central character in the story
The alternative is that we just cut to her somewhere on Wano mainland playing music yet she’s currently a person of interesr im the story. Thats awkward storytelling. Its better we know whats up with her in context
Oda will set up Robin vs Maria, Brook vs WsW, Chopper vs Numbers, Jinbe vs Jack, and Sanji vs King/Queen, and then have the act end by cutting back to the SNs having been beaten by Hybrid Kaido

Because it is better writing for her to start playing her instrument in the middle of the war ,in the enemy's mansion?
If Oda means to end the arc,it is better Hiyori is in mainland, either way Onigashima moves towards it.

I really hope that Toki is alive. That would be a hell of a twist despite the fact it could look contrived to some people.
I totally wish the wonders of the Time Time to be repeated regardless, however I'm not sure this shall be the case despite there are several ways to have that occur technically.
