Roswald (Rosward) is not a family name, it's the first name of Charlos' father. We actually don't know the family of Roswald/Charlos/Shalria, so far (chapter #1140) we only have 11 founding families revealed.

It's hard to guess about the others, as their names don't seem to follow a pattern (for example, the "Donquixote" obviously comes from Cervantes' "Don Quixote"; the "Jaygarcia", on the other hand, might be taken from Jerry Garcia, the singer/guitarist). However, some of them may have gone defunct. For example, when Ivankov talks about "Nerona Imu", he seems to place the name in the ranks of legends, indicating that the family doesn't have an active role in Mary Geoise anymore, at least apparently (he also doesn't care to mention anyone else from the family).


(Iva probably didn't care to elaborate, I'm just hazarding a guess...😁)

Maybe because Nerona family erased their own history or changed their family name
