Speculations The Admirals won't be defeated

Sorry to dissapoint anyone who wants to see their headcanon matchups but it's not gonna happen.

The only Admiral who will be defeated will be Akainu and it won't be by anyone you think.

Matchups will happen to some extent but they won't come to a conclusion and it will be made clear that nobody stands a chance against the Admirals, not even Luffy and Zoro.

The Admirals are Oda's favourite characters and homages to his favourite real life actors you have to be delusional to think they will get the usual villain treatment like Kaido.

Damn I could wank this thread all my life lol. Akainu will be defeated though. And another admiral like ryokugu. I'm.not sure about fujitora

Fujitora and Ryu will be brought close to defeat by Akainu.

The most important thing to keep in mind to understand why they won't be defeated is that there is no need for them to be defeated.
The only guy who needs to be defeated will be Akainu because of his goal and willpower.
Kizaru doesn't have any willpower and also doesn't really care, so when Akainu gets defeated or gets close to being defeated he will leave the scene.
Fujitora and Ryukogyo will switch sides during the final war so they won't need to get defeated either.

They were only implemented as a homage to Oda's favourite actors.
Akainu was implemented as the final villain like Bunta Sugawara always was in his movies, so he will get defeated but it will be with a lot of respect.

Oda even said in an interview that the One Piece story was only supposed to be about Luffy defeating the emperors and more and more stuff was added throughout the serialization. The Admirals were never meant to get defeated at some day.
