If only Sengoku's hair looks curly, I would have voted for him at number 1
But Sengoku despite being afro, it looks like a "smooth "afro" and no curls are in his hair. It somewhat makes the afro loose its uniqueness. By that I mean Oda draws Sengoku's hair edges as a line with no edged showing curls. Looks weird as fuck and NOT cool for my taste
