Iirc, it's croc who said it right? That's not make it 100% sure it's in alabasta. There must be a reason too, poneglyph that tells poseidon location isnt in fishmen island
One of many reason why I think so is that wano is kinda similar like W7. Both look like water fountain and right now ice berg is making it floating like a ship. Maybe he got the tech from the blueprint

Oh I don’t mind the ancient weapons are awesome in general. Also to your point, I feel like it’s possible Pluton was made in Wano. There are no better craftsman in the world after all.
I think it was never outright said , and no one knows with 100 % certainty where Pluton is ( except maybe Robin who deciphered the secret Poneglyph ) , but here Crocodile looks to be certain that it's also in Alabasta :

If he wasn't thinking and be certain that Pluton is in Alabasta , then he wouldn't have nonchalantly said that , since he would have to search for it in other islands or areas one-by-one , and that's just insane .
Alabasta also has a lot of his element ( Sand ) , and dry grounds that he could turn into sands , i'm thinking he probably thought he would remove a lot of them , and he would eventually find Pluton .
For now at least i think Alabasta has the strongest case to house Pluton , and Blackbeard Pirates are going to get it .
Nah Neptune said in FI that "whoever has uranus it can use it for good or bad" and since uranus is related with heaven and marygoise is the land of gods that made me think

▪︎ Pluton's name is derived from the ruler of Underworld in Greek Mythology ( he is also called "Pluto" and "Hades" btw ) -> for now i think Pluton is buried somewhere under Alabasta based on Crocodile's words above^ ( and being buried means it's in the Underworld )
▪︎ Uranus' name is derived from the personification of the Sky ( or Heaven ) in Greek Mythology , and Mariejois is one of the closest locations to the Sky in OP , not only that , but the people living in there makes it look like the Sky/Heaven :
- the World's Highest Social Class , the Celestial Dragons , who were called "Gods" by Corazon
- the World's Highest Authorities ( the Gorosei and Kong )
And Imu is above all of these people , and is the secret King/Queen of the world .
So i do think Uranus is Imu , at least currently .
I honestly have no idea about Pluton. Even if it’s in Alabasta, Franky has the blueprint of it meaning that it should be “awakened” somehow. IMHO it’s not something that is really obvious and easy to awaken

Franky burned it , literally infront of Spandam and other CP-9 members . But if he actually burned the fake one , then i'm either not aware of that or forgot .
