1. Shiki's height has never been revealed, and height scaling in One Piece is just lol worthy anyway
2. Hat covers the steering wheel
3. He got a haircut

Like has already been stated I'm leaning more towards it prolly just being rehashes but good catch ^^
I'm not convinced Oda's going to introduce Shiki into the finale in any meaningful capacity, as I'm not really sure what he offers as an antagonist at this point in the story. Him holding on to the poneglyph and waiting for the man that Roger's expecting or whatever sounds a bit forced and Oda adding him to the battle for OP also just feels like unnecessary overcrowding. Plus his MO of wanting to rule the world also kinda overlaps with Blackbeard. Leaning more towards the man with the burn scar being Scopper. Scopper is a navigator and most likely the best navigator in the verse atm so the sinking ships ting is possible if he's taking advantage of some terrain and his navigator skills. Moreover we know Roger is apparently "waiting for someone", most likely "Joyboy" so it'd make sense if he left one of the Road Poneglyphs to one of his affiliates to make sure that said person is the one that finds it and not some rando that just happens to be strong

I think Scopper will be at Roadster (the end of NW)
Just like Rayleigh is at Sabaody (the end of Paradise) and helped them reach NW by coating their ships

So Scopper will be there to guide them to Laugh Tale. He might also coat their ships in a way so that it resist the currents

Amazing Find, i definitely felt like i've seen them before, thanks for sharing,

I don't know if Oda just decided to find a better use for those Animals in Manga or Shiki is indeed gonna appear,
But i wanna add that this implies those Monsters are Manmade

Strong World Animals were result of Mutation Experiments conducted by Indigo (Shiki's Scientist),
And so far, many Characters were shown commenting on how unusually large Elbaph Creatures are,
And Dorry/Brogy compared these Animals to Gorosei's Yokai

I would enjoy Shiki's Comeback, but what i strongly believe is that Oda is hinting that those Animals & Giants are result of Experiments,
And tbh if Someone could create such Giant Creatures, He probably also created Sea Kings

There is only One Scientist who isn't Introduced yet & that's "Willie Gallon",
This might be his Arc

Don't forget about the frozen giants at Punk Hazard. Honestly i have no idea what this could mean but if your theory turns out to be true, then it could have some correlation.

That's True, nice catch, it's just that i think Oda is following same Pattern

Caesar created Smile Army, only for a Girl (O-Tama) to end up taking Control of it
Vegapunk created Pacifista Army, only for a Girl (Bonney) to end up Taking Control of it
So imo since We have a Mermaid Princess taking Control of Sea Kings, then they must be the work of a Scientist who made them for FV
