because they can use haki law already confirmed on the rooftop that you can protect things from being moved using haki

Kaido is not hero but he is considered as Guardian Deity of wano, who is protector of a certain place.
And Momo and Kaido already met, but the result is dragon's awakening and world's ending(flower capital disaster)
